Graduation project: Productivity

During my graduation project at iO, I researched how productivity could become insightful. After a lot of research and tests one of the bests ways to make productivity insightfull is via measuring results in terms of goals achieved and feedback from others. Though I did came to the conclusion that productivy is a very subjective subject that is difficult to measure in a way that every employee feels his productivity well represented. Even so I created an static application (for testing purposes) that displays a way to make productivity insightfull via goals and feedback.
The design of the application I built myself based on the colors and fonts used in the iO branding. Apart from that it was built with Next.js, but as mentioned it was static and not at all completed. But it does give an idea of what it could look like, an application that makes productivity insightfull.

Creating objectives with key results
An important part is that employee can create their own goals and key results needed to achieve those goals. This way it will become insightfull how many and what sort of goals the employee can complete within a quarter.

It's important that team and company goals are insightfull so the employees can follow along and even create his own objectives bases on the team or company goals.

The other part of the application is the feedback part, where you can request feedback from colleagues so you know what other people think of certain skills.

Obviously it is than also important to give feedback to other employees.

This would be a place where the feedback you received is stored so that you can revisit and reflect.
Feedback progression
Then in an attempt to measure improvement, you can see the feedback you received over certain skills and subjects over a period of time.
